Tuesday night, we got the family together at Grandma and Grandaddy’s (my dad’s mom and dad) house for dinner and gifts. All three Hubbard sisters and their families were able to be there, which is always fun. Then, on Wednesday, after a visit from Aunt Whitney and Uncle Mike, Jim, Molly, and I loaded up the car and came to Virginia to see Jim’s family. We’ve got quite the houseful with Jim’s parents; his mom’s parents – Granny and Papa; his aunt Dede and uncle Steve; and his two brothers – Geoff and Jon – and their wives -Lindsay and Alisha.
Last night, we celebrated Jim’s birthday with some of his favorite cake brought down from Ohio, courtesy of Dede and Steve.
